  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation or order placement.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

  • Most orders are delivered within 3–7 working days across India.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India.

There are no hidden shipping charges unless clearly mentioned during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available for selected locations in India.

  • We may contact you to confirm your COD order before dispatch.

  • Paheno reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed COD orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link or tracking details via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts as per their policy. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable customer, or refusal to accept the order, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address, mobile number, and PIN code are correct while placing your order.

Paheno is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:

  • Please do not accept the package if possible.

  • Take clear photos or videos of the package.

  • Contact us immediately for assistance.
